Our main location is in Richardson, next to Richardson RMC. We have two other locations in the Dallas area. One in Frisco, next to the Centenial hospital on 121/Coit and one at Renner/190, in the Richardson Regional Medical Center-Bush/Renner complex. If you would like to schedule an appointment at any of our locations with Dr. Fernandez, Dr. Choudhry, or our nurse practitioner Lucille Marcoux, please call our main number at 972-64-HEART (4-3278). We offer a multitude of diagnostic tests and thorough consultations for any cardiac needs.

APPOINTMENTS

PLEASE bring all your medications or an updated list to EVERY appointment so that we can accurately manage your health needs. We will try our best to have you seen by the doctor or nurse practitioner as soon as possible. Please understand that sometimes emergency situations may arise to delay your visit and we apologize for that. Cardiac emergencies are taken very seriously and we hope that you understand. If you need to reschedule your appointment or have been asked to reschedule, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule.

REFILLS

If you need a refill on your medication(s), please call your pharmacy first at least one week before your supply will be gone. The pharmacy will contact us and we will refill your medication within 24 hours. Please note that we cannot refill medications after 5:00 pm, on the weekends or on holidays. If you were given samples and need a new prescription, please call our main number at 972-64-HEART (4-3278).

LAB/TEST RESULTS

If you have not been contacted or mailed lab/test results within 7-10 days, please call our main number and we will be happy to discuss these with you. Your doctor or nurse practitioner must review the results first before we can discuss them with you.
